Making 2015 the Year We Do What We Say We Are Going to Do

I, like most people, head into the New Year with the plan to be the healthiest and fit version of myself. I will start off excited and ready to meet my goals, but then something gradually happens: I become bored.  That’s right, I just get sick and tired of the same ole routine and before long I return back to bad habits like skipping workouts and indulging in desserts. (That darn sweet tooth of mine!)

So I decided to change my relationship with health and fitness by instead beginning a journey of discovering creative and innovative ways to nurture my spirit, body and soul.  A journey that will allow me to transform my entire being both internally and externally.  As I embark on this endeavor, I will share my experiences here with you as motivation and a resource, so be sure to check back regularly as this should be an exciting adventure for each of us.

Here’s to choosing a pathway of making 2015 our year of doing what we say we will do!
